We loved the location, all different types of restaurants near by, you can choose from, felt safe. The view was great, from the room window able to see the park, Very great. The staff was helpful, very nice, friendly. We had Karen on the night we checked in, went smooth and quick. Also willing to give advice as to were to travel in Bogota, which areas and how to keep safe

The location is great, in a safe area close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful in case you need to leave your luggage before or after check-in. We were probably just lucky but we got a huge room with a jacuzzi-bathtub and a lovely view onto a nearby park.

I stayed for 16 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the pink zone and with a 24-hour manned police station right in front of the hotel. Availability of any type of shop nearby. Very clean hotel and professional staff. On the ground floor there is a bar also with good breakfasts and a restaurant / pizzeria. In the evening and at night the area is calm but do not venture into the adjacent park as you can be robbed. Presence of staff at the reception at all times and friendly staff.

Breakfast is provided at the restaurant attached to hotel. The people were very nice and the food was good as well. Very cute ambiance and they also have outdoor seating if weather permits. The room is a little dated but in otherwise great condition, spotless and large. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location only a 10-minute walk to Bogota's nicest mall. The area is safe next to a pretty park with tons of dogs and joggers. Great value and I would definitely stay here again.

I've been here 2 times and I like that it's quiet and central so it has one of the best zones nearby (Zona T) so it's full of malls, food and drinks. I love the italian restaurant on the side, check de Nonna's Meatballs.

Very helpful staff at the front desk. The location in front of El Virrey park makes possible great relaxing and colorful walks with many people enjoining it.
